Last week, another data breach was reported in Singapore. Apparently, data was mishandled by a vendor of the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) in Singapore. (readers can google for details of this incident which are widely reported in various media). This is the 4th reported incident on health data in Singapore in the last 2 years.
HSA claimed that no data was stolen or breached.
